The fourth season of the Australian Top End T20 Series has been scheduled to begin from August 14, 2025. The tournament is organised by the Northern Territory Cricket and Cricket Australia (CA) in Australia.
This season, a record 11 teams will be featuring in the tournament that has been taking place since 2022.
Top End T20 Series Overview
The opening match of the season will feature the Pakistan A team taking on the Bangladesh A team on 14 August, on the occasion of the Pakistani Independence Day. The match will be played from 11 A.M local time and 3 P.M Indian Standard Time (IST).

The tournament will be played in a round-robin format beginning from 14 August and will continue until 23 August. There onwards, the top four teams in the Top End Series 2025 Points Table will qualify for the semi-finals on August 24. The final will also be played on the same day.

The Top End T20 Series 2025 Teams
There will be a total of 11 teams that will be competing in this tournament, that includes the international ‘A’ sides of Pakistan, Bangladesh and Nepal. There will also be five Big Bash League (BBL) academy teams of Melbourne Renegades, Melbourne Stars, Perth Scorchers, Hobart Hurricanes and the Adelaide Strikers.
They will be joined by the USA’s Minor League Cricket champions Chicago Kingsmen and two Australian domestic teams like the ACT Comets and NT Strike.

The Top End T20 Series 2025 will have 33 matches during the league phase and a further 3 matches, including the two semi-finals and the final match on August 24.

While there is still no announcement on the official broadcaster or streaming partner, the Top End T20 Series 2024 season was live-streaming on the FanCode app and website. Thus, there is a big probability that the 2025 edition will also be live-streaming on FanCode. However, there is unlikely to be any live broadcast of the tournament in India.
